As the principal and owner of Hillard O’Donnell & Associates, Damian manages all aspects of the Practice’s operations and deals largely with the tax and compliance matters for business clients and Superannuation Funds. Damian holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Economics and History, and a Bachelor of Business â€“ Accounting, which he attained with Honours. He is a CPA, holds a Public Practice Certificate, and is a registered Tax Agent. He also holds RG146 accreditation. Damian has been working in Public Practice since 1994 and has been operating his own Practice since 2000.
As a Senior Accountant for Hillard O’Donnell since 2006, Glenn manages tax and compliance matters for Superannuation Funds, Trusts, Companies, Partnerships and individuals.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Business â€“ Accounting, is a CPA, and a registered tax agent and has over 10 year experience as an Accountant in Public Practice.
Prior to Public Practice, Glenn held a position as an Office Manager and Financial Controller in the Travel Industry, and has also has had exposure as an Accounting Software Training Specialist for various platforms.
Matthew works with the tax and compliance matters for individuals and small businesses. He has extensive experience in the day to day administrative issues that affect small businesses, and provides advice to those navigating through their personal taxation matters. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) and has been part of Hillard O’Donnell & Associates for the past 15 years.
Amy is our Office Administrator and joined our team in September 2014. Amy will be your first point of contact with the business either over the phone or in person.
She has experience working Administration, Bookkeeping and Reception in a number of different industries including printing, shipping and sport.
She has lived and worked in Vancouver, Canada for a year in 2011 and enjoyed visiting many places around North America and meeting various new people along the way.
